In our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) we have listed some important questions that we are commonly asked by our customers who are about to have their new kitchen or bathroom fitted by us. Here we cover things such as general timescales for installations and when you will be able to start using your new room.

Kitchen FAQ’s

Yes, we offer a fully comprehensive installation service, carried out by a team of experienced and trusted tradesmen.

Yes, all waste is removed free of charge then the area is cleaned before our tradesmen leave your property.

Kitchens tend to take between 5-7 days depending on size and specification.
This will be fully discussed during your free consultation with one of our expert kitchen designers.

On average it takes around 3-4 weeks from when you finalise your product selection, we also now offer weekend installations.

Yes, all of our kitchens come with a 1 year guarantee on the installation and all other units, goods and appliances come with their own specific manufacturing warranties.

Your water supply may be temporarily turned off for a approximately 1-2 hours and is always turned back on by the end of the day. Cooking facilities are not usually reinstated until day 2 or 3. Please ask your fitter for a more accurate timescale.

Bathroom FAQ’s

Average size bathrooms are completed within 4 – 5 days, please allow an extra day for larger bathrooms or any additional building works as required.

Yes, all rubbish is removed free of charge before the area is tidied and claned before our tradesmen leave your property.

Yes, you will have temporary toilet facilities each night.

Yes, it is our company policy to remove all wall and floor tiles where appropriate.

Yes, we offer a 1 year guarantee on the instalation of your bathroom, and each of the other products that you select will come with their own manufacturers guarantees and warranties.

The toilet and sink can be used immediately after installation. Your bath / shower enclosure must not be used until the following morning after your installation is complete.

It takes approximately 4 – 6 weeks after you finalise your product selection (weekend installation is also now available.)

General FAQ’s

YES, we will prepare a full set of 3D drawings, if required, to allow you to see fully the kitchen or bathroom, long before you need to pay anything.

YES, we always have finance facilities available, please check out our finance page or get in touch via phone, visit us in-stire or email us… we’re happy to give you a quotation before you decide to proceed.

YES, we’ll offer a full set of drawings to go along with your purchase to allow you to manage the project yourself or to appoint your own installation team.

YES, on our supply and fit packages… all products and materials supplied come with their own manufacturer’s warranties.
